For 1st tier service I’d recommend:Leaving some espresso coffee pods in the unit with a small bottle of milk.Put clothes hooks on the inside of the bedroom cupboard doors.Build set of drawers in the cupboards to hold an opened roll away suitcase on top with drawers below.I couldn’t figure out how to turn the guest bathroom fan on.Marco was terrific.

Amazing property located in the best part of Edinburgh!!! We visit the city several times a year and this stay exceeded all expectations. Short walk to everything we enjoy when in town. Our host was excellent from the time we booked, during check in and when we set off. We will never stay elsewhere. Five Star property

This property was beautifully furnished and noticeably newly remodeled. The location was perfect as we explored both Old Town and New Town not to mention close to local eateries and pubs.Definitely would stay here again.

A stylish place to stay in a wonderful part of Edinburgh.
Positive: Marco came to meet us to give us the keys which was very efficient.
Negative: The pillows weren't that comfortable.
