Flat With Castle Views in a New Town Georgian Townhouse

Positive: Location was great and nice touch with the Christmas tree. Negative: One bathroom - the shower was not very hot.

Positive: The apartment was an excellent location, comfortable, spacious and well equipped. Perfect for 3 couples

Perfect flat in a perfectly location Positive: This is a wonderful 3br/3bath apartment in a wonderful location - close tol restaurants, parks, Edinburgh Castle. The flat was well stocked with towels, bath supplies, hairdryers in every bedroom, and everything we needed in the kitchen. Negative: There truly wasn't anything we didn't like, but, as others have noted, there are a lot of steps from the street level up to the top floor flat. Keep that in mind for anyone with knee issues, and to keep your luggage lighter (there's an all-in-one washer/dryer combo that works well once you figure out how to use it correctly).

Positive: The apartment is gorgeous, and in a great location. Negative: It would have been nice to have a second set of keys because we weren't all on the same schedule and having one set requires people to put the keys back in the lock box so that the next person can get into the building when they return. Maybe there is an intercom but we couldn't find it. This was a minor inconvenience because the place is fantastic.

Excellent location, comfortably accommodated our family. Positive: Super convenient location to Edinburgh attractions. So nice to be able to walk everywhere and a moderate walk to the train station. It was very clean and the check-in process was very easy. Easy walk to grocery stores, especially M & S, our favorite! Negative: Only 1 dish towel provided. We did a lot of our own cooking, so this was a bit of an issue. Some bars in the area so it can be noisy very late on the weekends.
