A beautiful spot, hidden gem. Positive: Amazing location, it feels like a hidden gem in the heart of the City. Beautiful decor and feel - it was cosy but still spacious for eight of us. Negative: The bed in the small room upstairs is a small double, fine for two kids but not ideal for two adults. Check out at 10 felt very early, not helped by cleaners arriving at 9.55 to nudge us out…

Wonderful hidden gem in the heart of Edinburgh Positive: The little hidden garden and the views to Calton Hill were amazing. It was also a little haven right in the city centre! Negative: A downstairs loo would have been ideal but we fully understand that the building is historic and so not that easy to convert. Stairs were very steep between floors, but again that's in keeping with the age of the building

شقه مميزه Positive: الشقه جداً روعه قريبه من السنتر كبيره الشقه دور ارضي فيه غرفة نوم ومطبخ وصاله ودور اول في 3 غرف وحمامين فيها حديقه كبيره . طابع الشقه انتيك كلاسيكي المظيف انسان محترم يعمل على ان تكون اقامتك مميزه .

Positive: Absolutely gorgeously decorated, fantastic location, plenty of seating everywhere, and kitchen was very well appointed. We loved staying here, especially enjoying some baked goods and coffee in the courtyard. Negative: Some of the beds might need a new mattress from age, and twin beds could use a larger blanket. Otherwise, no cons!

Beautiful historic house, close to everything, but private. Positive: Location was fabulous and and the house is so interesting. Negative: We had trouble with one of the showers and since there were 6 adults staying there, the fact that we only had one working shower for 5 days was an issue. It did get resolved, though, so the end of the stay was perfect.
