Exception apartment, very stylish in a lovely Central location Positive: Immaculately clean and well appointed apartment - very stylish

Fantastic traditional flat in heart of the city Positive: The property was fantastic and spacious enough for 2 couples not to live in each other's pockets. A great location very central and surprisingly quiet for such a location. It was also a very warm flat.

We love the location but we’ll be staying somewhere else in future. Positive: Location is perfect Negative: Fridge ice dispenser hasn’t worked for over a year. We’ve stayed twice and it’s never been fixed. Dishwasher not working for the second time too. Shower is in need of replacement. The property is expensive and I don’t expect appliances to be broken and not repaired. The owner needs to reinvest some of the profits in some maintenance.

Amazing property and location. Positive: We loved everything about this property. Location, space, privacy, layout, furnishings. It was amazing and we would love to stay again. Negative: Absolutely nothing.

A gem in an amazing city (with coffee nearby!!) Positive: The apartment is enormous compared to other UK properties we have stayed at in cities. Walking distance to everything in central Edinburgh and within 10 minutes walk to the hop on hop off bus routes. The Bonnie Barista serves great coffee and pastries almost directly opposite that opens at 730am. Lovely and warm for our mid winter stay. Christmas markets are nearby. Marco was a pleasure to deal with and we couldn't have asked for better service. Negative: Everything was great.
